You would be the manager of a 30 bedded nursing home near Rhyl and would have not 1 but 2 admins to handle the less appealling administrative duties that (let's be honest) nobody enjoys doing.
You would be situated in a beautiful, historical home which isn't too far from the sea or Llandudno pier so those lunch breaks would certainly be more pleasant than the office or in the car!
You would be managing a portfolio of residents with complex behaviour so you can expect that no day will be the same as the last and you won't be stuck in a rut like you could do with standard elderly care.
You would be part of a very easy going team who know the home inside out and would be more than happy to answer as many questions as you may have in order to help you get acclimated with their service.
You would have direct autonomy in your role although you would have a great support network, including the regional who used to manage this home and did a great job of it too!
