Nursing Home Manager - Nurse Registered

Small Home, Good CQC, Rural Leominster

Recruitment Panda are pleased to be helping one of our favourite West Midlands Nursing Home Group find a manager for one of their smaller homes. This home is super rural, the views out of the windows are of horses grazing on the adjoining fields, the residents are mostly from the local farming community, and of course the CQC is GOOD on all 5 Kloes.

The home has some outstanding staff that have been working there happily for over a decade, an Administrator who knows everything and everybody - in fact if she doesn't know it, nobody does.

The clinical lead Nurse has been there for 15 years, so will be a super supportive team member if this is your first foray into Management.

Are you a happy Deputy Manager Nurse looking to get that Management role, you have the experience, you just need an employer to give you your first CQC Management role. We can offer this role to an upcoming Deputy as there is an Outstanding Clinical Lead Nurse and a fantastic Administrator this is a perfect first Management role. The home is full, the staffing good, could be better, we do need one more nurse - for days.

If you are a deputy Manager or Clinical Lead with Management responsibilites, give Emma a call at Recruitment Panda for more details.
