This Nursing Home is registered for up to 90 residents and offers a variety of nursing and residential care. It is a grand, luxurious service and we are looking for an experienced Manager to continue the homes journey as it grows into itself as a New Build Home.

The Senior Management Team in company are a very close knit supportive team, you would be reporting directly to the one Operations Director and above her is the Chief Exec, who is a determined care professional.

The company will provide you with all the tools and support you need to provide the highest care to residents and best support possible to your team. They are a prestigious, growing healthcare provider that champions the latest approach to person-centred care - with an additional level of caring provided on a 1:3 ratio, alongside health care workers, L1, L2 & L3 and of course strong clinicans who lead the shifts.

The role:

As Home Manager you'll take responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. Leading, motivating and mentoring your team but not in the clinical area, we have a strong clinical lead who is delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the home.

You will need to ensure your team carry out assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents. Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.

Who are we looking for:

We're looking for an experienced Home Manager, with either a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5. A proven track record of a Good CQC. Experience in management of larger nursing homes is essential.
