RECRUITMENT PANDA are really excited to be recruiting a new manager for a well established nursing home in East London.
The company is privately owned, with around 20 homes throughout the country, it is not one of the corporate big guys.
The vacancy is due to the present Home Manager who has been there in post for nearly 5 years wanting a challenge
The CQC is GOOD on all 5 Kloes
The careplans are digital
The Clinical Deputy Manager is wholly supernumerary
There is an office manager
There is no agency useage
You need to be an ex manager - at least 3 years experience
You should have been or are a registered Nurse
You need to be a strong character
You need to be a good decision maker
