NURSING HOME MANAGER

Bridgwater

Are you passionate and determined? Do you have the determination and gusto to lead and manage a Small Nursing Home for older people? This is a great opportunity for a strong Nursing and Business manager to join an independently owned Nursing Home group, running this CQC GOOD rated Nursing Home.

As the Nursing Home Manager you will be able to draw upon your wide ranging leadership skills and extensive expertise, as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, care excellence, parallel with the commercial success of the home, driving the home forward towards 'Outstanding' from its current status as a CQC 'Good' rated in all areas.

Nurse qualified with an active NMC pin preferable

Proven experience of leading teams in order to provide high levels of customer service.

A comprehensive knowledge of budgets and maximisation of incomes - EBITDAR, P&L, and Budgets

A target driven approach to occupancy ensuring that the needs of the business are met at all times

You should be dedicated to raising the standard for older people person centered care

An individual who has demonstrable business and service management skills including HR, facilities, IT and Recruitment

You should hold the QCF Level 5 or similar qualification

You should have the ability to delegate, problem solve and prioritise workloads on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £50,000.00 to £55,000.00 /year


Requirements for this position

Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) Level 5 in Leadership Management Experienced in caring for older people A capable and confident leader with the drive and interest to grow and shape a team Experienced in managing a successful home or services in healthcare Confident in your knowledge of CQC regulations Passionate about delivering first class care A positive leader and motivator
