I have been exclusively asked to recruit for a Dementia Experienced Nursing Home Manager

Nursing Home Manager - you should have 2-3 years experience of managing a Nursing Home

Nursing Home Manager - you should hold a NMC PIN, or in the past held a PIN

Nursing Home Manager - you enjoy marketing the home in the local community

Nursing Home Manager - you enjoy PR

Nursing Home Manager - you enjoy dealing with the CQC (the home is rated as GOOD)

Nursing Home Manager - Safeguarding is your middle name

Nursing Home Manager - Dementia UK, Butterfly Awards, Dr David Sheard, none of this is new to you
