This is a great role, where you will have the opportunity to care for your residents.

The home is fully staffed, with a great team of nurses and carers - NO AGENCY

Reason for vacancy - present manager is retiring (FINALLY)

We are looking for a Manager who must have Caring through their Core, with a Marketing and Business flair.

The home is good, but we are not daft, there are always improvements to be made, we want a manager to help us make those improvements to aim for the OUTSTANDING. This is an independent small group of homes, not one of the big corporates, you will be able to effect changes, and the owner of the group is one of the most delightful men in the business.

We want you to be a registered Nurse, fully validated, and clinically sound, to ensure best practice at all times.

We want you to have the NVQ L5 Health and Social Care Management Qualifacation

We want you to have managmenent experience (maybe a long standing deputy)
