We are looking for a dynamic cheerful innovative administrator to be the first friendly face our clients and their visitors see at our luxurious nursing home near to Newbury !!

Are you a meticulous, organised person, who can work your way around a purchase ledger, staff roster and timesheets ?

Can you keep a close eye on a training needs analysis working directly with the Operations Director on a monthly basis ?

Will your office be kept in a meticulous fashion, both digital and old style paper copies ?

Are you a king of the telephone message system, do you understand confidentiality, but understand medical and clinical urgency when relayed to you?

Would you be happy to line manage Housekeeping, Catering and Maintenance in the "nicest possible way", under the direction of the Home Manager ?

Do you have an open and non-judgmental attitude ?

How is your multi - tasking ability ?

Can you priortise effectively ?

Do you remain calm when under pressure ?

Knowledge and Skill Requirements  Excellent reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required  Excellent computing skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to learn new software applications  Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills  Visibility of work requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills  Discretion in the handling of confidential information  Knowledge of correct telephone protocols and a pleasant and effective telephone manner.
