JOB PURPOSE

To prescribe, deliver and supervise the execution of excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures; To lead a care team promoting rehabilitation and independence, together with dignity and respect, such that the lives of our residents is as they would wish it, and choose it, to be.

These two lovely nursing homes are looking to increase the staffing at their home, they have raised the salary to an effective £17/hour for a nurse, or £18.00 for a team leader (some supernumerary hours) and Deputy Manager, £18.50/hour.
