Day nurse needed in Chester for a very special home, close to my heart.
Now a medium sized portfolio, they are making waves in the care industry with two new acquisitions in recent months.
This is one of their flagship homes, perfectly formed and with a great nurse manager at the helm....but I would say that as I introduced her and she is loving every minute.
The home is rated 'Good' after its recent inspection this year, have a great reputation in the area and are well staffed, with many of the team having been there for many years.
There is plenty of scope for career development, if you are that way inclined.
They have their very own HR team on-site, an Operations Coorindator that is also their in-house trainer, an Administration team, you name it, they've got it.
They are also a lovely bunch to work with, I have been to the home numerous times and am always welcomed with a warm embrace.
