Well apart from a competitive salary of up to £18.50p/h with paid breaks and many other additional benefits, they are well established and truly care for their staff just as much as they do for their residents.
I have personally visited this service, so can give you the full rundown. Its a homely home full of character, when I last visited a couple of years ago I was given a great big hug by the manager on arrival and was taken back by how much laughter there was within the home.
Smiles were plentiful from everyone I met, it didn't feel like a workplace, more a home from home.
