PHENOMENAL OPPORTUNITY FOR DEPUTY MANAGER

All supernumerary hours

Deputy Manager - PIN REGISTERED

As deputy manager of this Good rated nursing home, you will lead the management of all clinical activities

You will ensure that the home remains a rewarding environment for staff to work in.

You will assist with Financical management of the home, including income processing, operational reporting, and weekly wages.

You will liaise closely with the Learning and Development Team, to ensure your members of staff have all the clinical skills they need.

As Deputy Manager, you will be supporting the fabulous Home Manager, working 40 hours a week, mostly days, alternate one day at the weekend. On Calls as required.

You will need to be strong, confident and able, in both your clinical management and staffing arrangements.
