This is a medium sized home, part of a small privately owned Nursing Homes, they are one of my favourite clients in Bristol. They look after their nurses well, not the biggest payers, but its the best type of work. Fully staffed with accountable and responsible carers, who love their residents because they have the time to.

We need a strong capable nurse, who is happy to take charge of the Nursing Home overnight, 3 or 4 nights a week, 12 hour shifts as you would expect, handover time is paid.

This is a company that sees you as a person, not a number, the founder of the company will be personally introduced to you at the thorough and enjoyable induction week. Hopefully you won't need it, but if you did, this is the only company that I know of, who pays sick pay, if you get ill. Come and meet the Manager of the home, she is delightful, with the needs of residents at the centre of her being.
