A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Night Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a warm and friendly nursing home based in Horfield, Bristol. The home is ideally situated close to Horfield centre and near to public transport links and local shops. This service offers a warm and welcoming environment for the residents and their families to enjoy. The home boasts a range of excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, daily activities and a lovely garden for residents to relax and unwind. Staff morale at the home is very high.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Night Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading, forward-thinking, healthcare provider in one of their beautiful nursing homes in Bristol The service provides care to the elderly, residents with dementia as well as a range of other mental health conditions. The healthcare team pride themselves in the high-quality care that they provide to the residents and boasts a fantastic reputation. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate Night Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous leadership or managerial experience is essential for this position.
