We have been asked to find a Clinical Lead Nurse for a rather special Nursing Home that is full of wonderful residents, they only have 5 nursing residents, full staff team of 74 fantastic kind hearted darlings, team leaders run the work, with Senior Carers all being meds trained.

The Clinical Lead Nurse, will also be the nurse on duty for two shifts, and one shift is supernumerary (can be split into 2 shifts).

This is a great first management role, clinical with a little bit of management thrown in and a lovely pay rate of £22 AN HOUR.
