"Jack of all trades, master of none" is a figure of speech used in reference to a person who has dabbled in many skills, rather than gaining expertise by focusing on one.

So describes Wikipedia, and I actually read an advert today which was asking for a 'Jack of all trades'.

If like me, you think that is all wrong and also can see, how what I am doing here is all right (not just alright) then it's you I am talking to.

It's you I am talking to and I want you to know that we are now in the unique position of being able to offer a role that could suit a range of people.

You may be:

  • About to embark on the third year of your degree in marketing and seeking a paid internship.
  • An ambitious and intelligent person interested in a marketing apprenticeship and the opportunity to gain the professional qualification (NVQ3 in marketing) that goes with it.
    • You may be an administrator, office manager or any other type of person with verve, personality and who is seriously interested in a change of direction.
  • Due to graduate and looking for your first permanent position in the world of work.
  • An experienced Marketing Executive ready to take the lead in something you can really make your own.

If you fall into one of those job seeker segments and would like to be valued and rewarded whilst also enjoying some of the other perks that go along with the way-of-life of recruitment consultancy, then apply or call.

Perks examples:

  • A significant annual bonus ££££
  • Those of a high-performance recruitment agency culture, such as regular comps for chocolates & champagne and extra holiday days, quarterly socials & trips away for big events including Michelin star Christmases, cookery classes in Barcelona, beach (& clubbing) weekends in Ibiza, sunset cruises in Mallorca, cultural experiences in Prague (Absinthe optional) etc.
  • On the serious side, there's exhibiting at the NEC and other industry conferences to learn at and training events to really hone your expertise.
  • Professional development via value linked appraisal etc
