Anyway, the Managing Director I am looking for will know the supported living business well. You may have worked your way up to Managing Director level from within this sector or Nursing Home or Residential Home companies, or perhaps you successfully moved into the sector and offer different skills.

Whichever, you need to understand the numbers very well to be a match. My client also has distinguished competitive advantages in Quality & Facilities; what we need now is a highly performing Managing Director to maximise considerable opportunities, contribute meaningfully to strategy and spearhead the delivery of excellent EBITDA returns.

All in a sophisticated, ethically grounded and care-focused operation. 

Required qualities & experience: 

A track record including tenure as Operations Director or Managing Director 

From a business including Nursing Homes or Residential Homes 

Having successfully led 

Visible leadership MO 

Considered a bonus:

Accountancy 

Merger and acquisition 

Estates or FM 

Procurement 

MBA
