The thing that sells this job is the location, holy mackerel, I have visited a lot of nursing homes, in my 4 year career as a recruiter visiting my clients around the South West, but this is the BUSINESS.
The home is 220 years old, grand and imposing, set in 25 acres of its own land. It's GORGEOUS.
You will need to be a Nurse with a valid PIN, but not specifically a manager, a confident deputy could make this their first Home Management role. Strictly 40 hours a week, famiy friendly company with a really kind supportive approach to their employees - SERIOUSLY
