I have a very special Home Manager position available in Derby for a Nurse Manager that would love to be apart of a small independent care home provider, that is making waves in the care industry.
Honest, transparent, friendly and supportive, they are a real pleasure to deal with and now could be your chance to work at their very first and original home.
In the last six months the home has seen some exciting changes and now they are looking for a new Home Manager.
Well established in the community with a great reputation, the home is currently 'Good' in all areas and boasts a committed staff team. You will be supported by a long established administrator and Clinical Lead as well as a Senior Management team that is second to none.
They also benefit from having one of the best HR teams in the industry, who have recently made significant investment in their infrastructure, which has led to giving their managers more support than most.
With a package of up to £45,000 on offer, plus bells and whistles, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
