Part of a small well established care operator, this company manage and maintain some of the most desirable care homes in the country.
This opportunity has arisen due to the fact the previous manager, who has been with the company for the last seven years, is being given the opportunity to open one of their brand new services.
You will be given full autonomy to do your job, whilst enjoying support when you need it from the Director, Operations Director and Regional Manager, who are all clinical.
If you are wanting to work in an environment where you can bring new ideas and would like the opportunity to put your own stamp on a service, then the Director would be pleased to meet you.
