You will be an experienced nurse manager, but what's most important to them is your passion to run care homes, your ambition, ownership and vision.
They will reward you handsomely for your efforts with a salary of up to £55,000 for the right person. They also believe in realistic and achievable bonuses as well as enhancements as they know being a Home Manager is tough.
