Fabulous small nursing home in the Flintshire area seeks new Home Manager.

This vacancy has arisen due to the unfortunate ill health of its manager, so no underlying issues here. In fact if history is anything to go by the last manager was there for seven years and the current one is coming up to two and a half years. They must be doing something right hey!

This is a small home with nursing and residential clients with a stable core staff team and a great Clinical Lead already in place.

Part of a small independent care home company, the owner has two other homes in the South East of the country with good CQC ratings and has recently aquired a new home in North Wales six months ago, taking the total to four homes. There therefore could be potential opportunities for you to grow within the company.

If you have elderly care management experience, know a thing or two about the CSSIW and want the autonomy to manage your own home, then this is the opportunity for you.
