Angela was the manager before you, but she was promoted after being recognised for the outstanding job she has done in the home.
It wasn't all plain sailing for Angela, but after 10 years with the right support, she feels as though she couldn't have dreamt of this success anywhere else.
So, could you be the next Angela? Here's what you need for this role.
You will be situated not far from Rhyl which has fantastic transport links to and from the area so travel shouldn't be an issue even if you aren't a driver.
You will be managing a 40 bedded service where residents have EMI needs and general nursing needs, so experience in a nursing home environment is crucial, although you will have Angela in the service 2/3 days a week to give you the stencil for success she adhered to for 10 years.
You'll manage a team who are just as happy to give advice as they are to take it, so you won't have any questions unanswered and will feel at home right away.
You will earn between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum and will have an occupancy bonus of up to £5000 which, last year, the manager earned £5000 of, taking your earnings to potentially £45k per annum; and that isn't even what sells this service!
