You would be managing a 56 bedded nursing home with a range of needs from dementia to learning disabilities so no one day will ever be the same.
The nursing home is situated between Cardiff and Swansea, with several transport links around it, meaning non-drivers would have an easier time commuting there.
You would be based less than 10 minutes away from the beach by car, so hopefully you like a trip out after work (and with the residents on occasion!).
