An award winning home who were voted a top 20 care home in the UK with a carehome score of 10 are on the hunt for a new manager.
The previous manager, who had been in post for 13 years, has been given their recognition and promoted to a regional manager.
They are now looking for the right replacement, although it would take some doing to meet any expectations set by your predecessor.
This home is a large facility, with 129 beds and an occupancy of 105 residents and an already well established staff team and support structure in place.
It is based in Cardiff and boasts an on site training facility to help get staff up to date and up to speed.
Oh, and did I mention an amazing package of a £70k salary!!
