For this role you must be a qualified nurse, either RGN or RMN registered with the NMC. Previous management experience within a nursing home setting is desired and if you have a qualification in leadership and management (NVQ 4, 5 or RMA) even better.

Requirements for this position

NVQ5 in leadership and management 2+ years experience as a deputy manager in care homes or more. A strong understanding of the CIW
