Gorgeous Residential Home needs a new leader for the stable team of staff looking after some of our elderly people.

This is a really well established beautiful building overlooking the River Teign, environmentally the home is in good condition.

The home is part of a small but growing group of residential care homes and the Registered Manager will benefit from a very strong support framework - including:

  1. Regular support from the Area Manager
  2. 1 Deputy Manager doing 18- 24 hours Supernumerary time and otherwise working on the care floor
  3. Group administrative support for HR files

The group has ambitious growth targets. This means the scope for growth and professional development as new opportunities present themselves. The Registered Manager may be given the opportunity to be involved in the integration of future homes or in group-based roles.

We are looking for an experienced dynamic Residential Home Manager to take the CQC registration of this home, hopefully somebody, who wants to take this home to be OUTSTANDING.
