Well work is work we can't deny it, but if you know a bit about emotional regulation and boundary management and might be able to describe transference, then you probably know how to make these type services fun places to work in.
You can rely on a senior management team who give great support to each other, as did we mention you would be apart of this board of directors. Not to mention you will have your very own Assistant Head of Service who is being promoted internally.
