The present leader has worked wonders at this home, receiving 5 Goods
Staffing levels are really good, meaning there has been no agency usage for months, the home ticks over well.
There are opportunities for expansion, and there are plans afoot, for a dementia specialist floor, which is very exciting.
We need an experienced Nursing Home Manager, who holds a PIN (or has held a PIN) and QCF Level 5, or the Registered Managers Award
The Salary offered will be dependent on experience, and accommodation can be offered to those that need it.
