Deputy Manager required for a fantastic nursing home, ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with leadership experience, eg Head of Unit or Clinical Lead, looking to take the next step in their career progression.
As Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse), you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the Home Manager.
The role of Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) requires you to have a current NMC registration.This position will include supernumerary hours.
Salary of up to £35k for the ideal candidate
