Deputy Manager

Nursing Home

Weekdays only

100% Supernumerary hours

Recruitment Panda, are really excited to be recruiting for a deputy manager for one of my favourite clients.

This Nursing Home Group know how to look after their staff, they are supportive and kind employers, they have GOOD CQCs on all their homes, and staff stay with them for years.

This is a new home, beautifully built, that is now almost a third full, having been open for 6 months, totally on track for being full, after 18 months of being open.

The Home Manager has been with the company for 10 years, and is a Nurse with a special interest in End of Life Care.

We are looking for a clinically strong nurse, with leadership qualities.

If you are an experienced deputy manager that would be advantageous, or

If you are a senior nurse and looking for your next step up into a management role, that would also be good.

This company will happily take an inexperienced senior nurse and train you into the deputy manager that they need you to become.
