One of my clients in Birmingham is looking for someone with your exclusive talents to join their team as a Deputy Manager in one of their Nursing homes. Part of a large national group of homes, this site is home to over 80 elderly residents living with Dementia and other Mental Health conditions.
We are looking for someone who is up for a challenge and has the drive and tenacity to improve CQC results while giving the best possible person centred care to their residents in a diverse setting. The role includes dedicated supernumery hours, as well as the opportunity to work alongside the clinical team on the floor for part of the week.

You must be an RGN or RMN with a current PIN, be flexible around shift pattern and put high standards of care at the heart of what you do.
