Deputy Manager (RGN) - £48k - £50k - Elderly Care - Surrey - Ref: RB32143959-3

Are you a positive, dynamic Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead Nurse?

If so, I really want to talk with you!

We are looking for the final piece of the puzzle for this home which has been on quite a journey but now has a fantastic senior management team in place AND has just had a Good CQC inspection with greens all across the board. So, you are actually going to get to develop your management skills here. Are you ready for that next step?

You're not the type of person who wants to be in a home where there isn't anything interesting to get your teeth into. The home occupancy is growing and so you will be involved in the marketing and promotion of the home, dealing with prospective residents from the enquiry stage. The team in place has bags of potential and needs to be nurtured and developed. You will be involved in networking and liaising with multidisciplinary teams as well as sitting in meetings alongside of and in place o the Home Manager as required.

You need to be confident with IT and if you have experience with electronic care planning software and eMar then that would be advantageous.

You will also have experience of working in an elderly Nursing home setting.

It's a full time role, with a salary which is one of the highest in the area, but then again, they only want the best.

In addition, this employer is offering a Welcome Bonus of £2000, PIN paid and Occupational Sick Pay. So there's lots of positive things to say!

If you would like to chat further in confidence, please call Rachael Broderick on 0161 521 0694. Looking forward to knowing more about you!
