Every superhero needs a dependable deputy don't they? Batman needed Robin, Forest Gump had Bubba, Indiana Jones relied on Short Round...

Being the Deputy means you get the best of both worlds. You get to focus on doing what you love; being clinically hands-on, but get a chance to do more of the senior management stuff. You aren't tied to an office all day. You get to be out and about, leading, developing and supporting your team, but building your business skills at the same time.

Being a clinical Deputy Manager, is what you are good at. Maybe you're an experienced Clinical Lead within a nursing home setting and your ready to step up? Or perhaps you are a Deputy Manager who would like more supernumerary time (how does 40% sound to you?)

And the great thing is, this vacancy has come about due to internal promotion, because this company is all about developing their team to help you take your career in the direction that you want to go in. The previous Deputy Manager is now the Home Manager (also an RGN) and has achieved this within 3 years of being with this organisation. So if you are ambitious, then this a great employer!
