Deputy Manager - PIN needed

Nursing Home

Rural Gloucestershire

Recruitment Panda are looking to help a small Nursing Home group, find a deputy manager nurse for this rather fantastic home, in rural Gloucestershire.

This is a good and rewarding recruitment search, as I filled this role around 18 months ago, and that deputy manager is now running the home and will take the CQC Registered role in the next month or so.

This is a true deputy role, at least 75% of your time will be supernumerary, and definitely on days, potentially not many weekends. As deputy manager your day could be made up of staff management, client assessment, talking with the kitchen, liasing with the nursing team, supervisions, investigations, etc etc etc, if you don't have your Level 5, we would like you to complete it with our support.

In this day and age of overwork and lack of staff in the Health and Social Care world, this company and home in particular seem to have got it right.

They have a full remit of happy nurses - but none are experienced enough to take up to the deputy manager role and carers. The only missing link now is a trainer and a deputy manager. The Home manager has moved onto the next home, as he is a commissioning specialist.

Contact Emma at Recruitment Panda for an informative and real conversation about this rather special role. I don't mind talking at the weekends if that suits you.
