This is the deal.

Large beautifully located Nursing Home - 80 beds catering for those elderley residents with nursing needs.

This home is going places (good places), and we need a dynamic enthusiatic experienced Nurse to run the team. You need to 'have a can do' attitude, to enjoy a challenge, and have a good understanding of best practice care.

This role might suit a previous nurse manager who would like to step back, or a super senior nurse, who wants to move up the nursing home career ladder.

This is a respectful organisation, that value their nurses and ancilliary staff, they train, develop and support their staff to grow within themselves.

The deputy manager nurse training is second to none, and they will want to develop you into a manager, if thats your ambition.

The role will be mainly supernumerary, minimal nights to be worked, and alternate weekends will be needed, along with part of the On Call Rota.

The salary is good, and working conditions are pleasant, food excellent, residents pleasant, and the Home Manager is lovely.

What is there not to like ? (there really isn't any)

Give me a call , and I will spill the dirt, Emma 0161 914 5722
