New acquisition requires new Deputy Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for any nurse looking to make a mark within a medium sized, independent and expanding care home operator.

The care home operator are well established in the North West and are growing, this their second acquisition in as many months.

If you are looking for real career development and promotion from within, then look no further.

This position has become available due to the fact the previous Deputy has been promoted up to Home Manager. She knows the home well and is also rather lovely herself.

The home is well supported by a Senior Management team, all of which have worked up the ranks.

The Director is forward thinking and believes in giving his teams autonomy to run the homes as they see fit, after all they are apart of the communities. Of course they have foundations, with company polices and procedures, but individuality is the name of the game and bringing fresh ideas to the table is something they actively encourage.

The role itself will include supernumerary hours and is predominately Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.

It comes with a competitive salary of up to £40k, + bells and whistles for the right person
