This Deputy Managers job is not going to be for everyone, but it will be for someone special.
Are you a nurse, either RGN or RMN with a valid PIN number?
Have you experience of leading teams within an elderly nursing home or have aspirations to do so?
This particular home is going through a transition, so its an incredibly exciting time to join and make your own stamp.
A new and very experienced manager is at the helm, so expect to learn a lot, as they look forward to taking you under their wing.
This is a well loved nursing home that has been well established within the community for many years.
The activities co-ordinator is one of the best in the business, she's been there for 15 years, the chef 30 years, so there is a real family ethos here, you're guranteed a warm welcome.
You will however play a pivitol role in building a new team around you, as they are on a recruitment drive for nurses.
