You would be a Deputy overseeing 45 residents in a home offering predominantly EMI and some dementia care, although it's nothing too complex.

They also have residents at the heart of everything they do, which is evident by their CQC report which has been good in all areas in every inspection since it was first registered by the company and its bi-monthly maintenance reviews and stunning (award-winning) standards of accommodation. Let's be real, it's not super flash helipads and swimming pools but it is very nice, very well-kept accommodation and entertainment and relaxation spaces, in a stunning period property. They also like to promote within, meaning this may not just be your next job, but also the one after that, just ask your fellow managers and senior managers about their promotion track record, it is a standout record.
