About your new role
We are looking for a Deputy General Manager and Clinical Lead for a great Nursing home based in the Cambridge area.

Our clients want you to be able to support the delivery of the quality care that they are proud and known for. You will be working closely with the General Manager and you will be their right hand when are away. You will be helping with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You should also be able to inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. If so this role could possibly be ticking all the boxes. You will need to lead by example and keep an eye on standards by regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking regulatory compliance.

What you need for this role
* NMC Pin
* RGN/RMN
* Teaching/Mentoring or Supervision qualification
* Leadership experience (not essential but desirable)
* Experience supporting newly qualified Nurses
* Be passionate, compassionate, resilient
* Experience with care plans and risk assessment.
