Recruitment Panda are aiding a beautiful home based in Swansea in recruiting the deputy manager that could be the homes leader for years to come.
The deputy manager in post has loved their time there, but after being developed under the home manager for the last few years, she is taking the next step and doing home management elsewhere.
They are now looking for a deputy manager to come in and join their amazing family in helping their residents to live the best lives they can.
The ideal candidate would be working towards their NVQ level 5, have 2+ years experience within a nursing home and will be a qualified nurse.
