An outstanding rated nursing home situated in the heart of Bristol are looking for their next deputy manager after promoting the current deputy to a home managers position elswhere.
They have a 42 bedded service, with client groups of mainly elderly care and dementia care, with a manager who has been with the company for 5 years now with 2 of those as a deputy, which showcases the potential for progression within this role.
They are sitting on an outstanding rated CQC report which they attribute to their ability to evolve with the times and keep their practises up to date, as well as having a lot of long standing staff who share their values for person centred care.
You would be a part of a well structured service, with deputies only needing to be on-call one week in every eight and would benefit from the many different training programmes they would be willing to support with, including specialist training that they go through with staff at appraisals such as the Gold Standard Framework and Eden Initiative.
You would be based in a beautiful rural location which overlooks the river Sevn so the view from your office would be immaculate.
This home is part of a larger collective of services for one of the leading providers in the South West, and as the first home they opened over 20 years ago, it is certainly one of their crown jewels.
