Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Nurse

to help run this really lovely Nursing Home.

CQC have rated this home as GOOD,

and by golly have they got it right.

Size : 39 beds Clientele : Adult long-term chronic conditions, palliative and end of life care.

The home is doing really well, the relationships with the CQC, CCG and LA are good, the residents are happy

Would you like to be the Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Nurse for this lovely home.

Its a 40 hour a week role

Supporting the RNs and the Care Practitioners and the Manager of course.

Role Details

  • To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance functions of The Home.
  • To deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence, while at all times supporting the decisions made by the Registered Manager.
  • To maintain care and management skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
  • To manage the services within The Home in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practice, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time with the Registered Provider.
