Are you able to run your own team of nurses and Care practitioners
Can you lead train and ensure best practice care for our valued residents
Can you chair meetings, recruit staff, audit and monitor work based tasks
Do you have dynamism and drive to ensure this home reaches an Outstanding rating
We are looking for an Outstanding Deputy Nurse manager.

  • Confident leader with a can do approach with an open and approachable personalityRegistered nurse with wide clinical skills, PIN, and Experience of Elderly Care
  • Passion for the highest quality person centred care with the ability to effectively share your passion
  • Understanding and Exposure to Safeguarding's & CQC, CCGS, PCT and familys
  • Genuine Passion for caring for those with physical and learning disabilities
  • Ability to publicise the home and to establish relationships in the local community
  • Clinical, personnel and time management skills should be strong
