We are looking for an Outstanding Deputy Nurse manager.
- Confident leader with a can do approach with an open and approachable personalityRegistered nurse with wide clinical skills, PIN, and Experience of Elderly Care
- Passion for the highest quality person centred care with the ability to effectively share your passion
- Understanding and Exposure to Safeguarding's & CQC, CCGS, PCT and familys
- Genuine Passion for caring for those with physical and learning disabilities
- Ability to publicise the home and to establish relationships in the local community
- Clinical, personnel and time management skills should be strong
