• Confident leader with a can do approach with an open and approachable personalityRegistered nurse with wide clinical skills, PIN, and Experience of Elderly Care
• Passion for the highest quality person centred care with the ability to effectively share your passion
• Experience in running a Nursing home
• Understanding and Exposure to Safeguarding's & CQC, CCGS, PCT and familys
• Genuine Passion for elderly care
• Mability to publicise the home and to establish relationships in the local community
• Clinical, personnel and time management skills should be strong
