RECRUITMENT PANDA are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced RN, to help run an improving Nursing Home in a beautiful rural location. This home is in the midst of transformation towards an GOOD rating from the CQC, and we need a Deputy Manager, as a final piece of the Staffing Puzzle.

60 beds, mostly complex medical, some mild dementia, really homely feel to the home, with a large competent staff of carers and Nurses.

As Deputy Manager, you will be ensuring best practice care is offered to our residents

As Deputy Manager, you will be supporting the fabulous Home Manager, working 40 hours a week, mostly days, alternate one day at the weekend. On Calls as required.

You will need to be strong, confident and able, in both your clinical management and staffing arrangements.
