Are you ready for a new challenge? An exciting new Deputy Manager opportunity has arisen with a company that has recently undergone a transformation, seen huge investment and is really moving forward - it's a fantastic place to be at this moment in time, particularly for a Deputy Manager who is looking to develop their career and progress to a bigger role.

This site is home to 40 elderly residents living with Dementia.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who has a current NMC PIN and can be flexible around evenings and weekends when required. The role is 40 hours per week, 50% supernumery and 50% on the floor, leading the clinical team to deliver great standards to residents and oversee CQC compliance.
