This is a great opportunity for a quality orientated senior nurse to take their first step into the management team.

The role is about supporting the nurses on duty, developing them to become better and more confident nurses. There are always 3 RN's on duty with a strong team of carers.

Working hours are mainly Monday - Friday, 8 - 4.

You may choose to work the odd weekend, you may choose to work the odd night shift, it helps you know how your Nurses are working.

You will be undertaking assessments for new residents, you will take a share of the On-Call, you should have some senior Nurse experience.

This is a smaller independent group of Nursing Homes, who aim for quality and compassion in their homes, they will offer you training and development to grow you as a Deputy Manager, maybe on your way to becoming a Nursing Home Manager.

You should call Emma for a clinical chat about the role in the first instance 0161 914 5722 or 07941 307543
