Would you love to be considered for a Deputy Managers position for a small independent care home provider that promotes independence, dignity and choice?

With a new Home Manger in place who I have come to know in recent months, there is no better time to join her. With some fabulous career experience herself you will learn a lot and she would love to find an outgoing team player with good people skills who is conscientious.

This small general nursing home which cares for physical and some mental health needs is not a challenging environment, but they have encountered some problems fairly recently with an Inadequate CQC report. That said most of this has been down to a lack of management and now a fabulous manager is in place and an action plan being worked through, the final piece to the jigsaw would be to find a Deputy Manager who can help turn this service back around. Requirements for this position

For this role you will be: - a qualified nurse either RGN or RMN with a current nursing pin - have nursing home experience preferably in a management capacity - enjoy fostering good teams and mentoring junior members of staff - have a good understanding of CQC regulations - have a passion for elderly care with an understanding of dementia
